Rocky, Evelyn and Ben. These folks made sure that things got done, and right the first time, or second or etc. Evelyn also was the kitchen crew for the Breakfast.

Evelyn said we were picking on her, so she went and got the Big Guy, Harry Bailey, the Bar Manager.

What can you say about Mike Austin, the only time he is quiet is when he is eating or drinking.  He was our M.C.
